We’re ready to take our product to the next level. To do this, we’re looking for a Customer Care Analyst.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to user inquiries and guide them through claims with empathy and clarity.
  • Identify and report bugs or friction points, and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate on internal procedures and contribute to the development of help center content.
  • Track, document, and follow up on claims with external providers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in fintech or crypto.
  • Empathetic, you can easily understand and relate to others’ perspectives.
  • A clear communicator, curious by nature, and love asking questions to get to the root of an issue.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • English or Spanish proficiency is required.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion and Zendesk/Intercom or similars is a plus.
  • Someone who enjoys working with others, offering suggestions, and giving feedback that helps the team grow.
  • Able to identify trends in user feedback and propose meaningful improvements.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (basic computer literacy and Google Workspace).
  • Proven track record of helping build a strong knowledge base.
