Customer Service Representative (service-based industry experience is required)

Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned facility group clients.

Manage and schedule pest control service requests.

Ensure all required documents are submitted and approved before job completion.

Monitor job status from scheduling through completion, providing timely updates.

Prepare after-visit summaries and service recommendations as needed.

Assist with invoicing and ensure client payments are received on time.

Coordinate subcontracted pest control jobs:
-
Create and manage work orders
-
Track job progress from start to finish
-
Collect and process subcontractor invoices for payment

Maintain accurate records in the service tracking system.

Support the CSR Manager with reporting and client communication as required.
Hard Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support

Experience in service-based industries (e.g., pest control, maintenance, facilities management, or similar)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

High attention to detail, especially in documentation and job tracking

Experience managing schedules, service requests, and work orders

Familiarity with invoicing processes and payment follow-ups

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with CRM systems, service tracking tools, and basic office applications
Schedule:
-
40 hours per week
-
Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone

Should be open to work during weekends and open to have weekdays off
Offer and Benefits:

Weeks 1–8: $4 USD/hour

Week 9 onwards: $5 USD/hour
