Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support

• Guide clients through the sales process using a consultative approach

• Present and promote insurance and financial service products

• Maintain follow-up and client retention using our CRM tools

• Collaborate with team leads and attend regular virtual training meetings

Qualifications:

• Background in sales, customer service, or account management preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

• Must be able to obtain a state insurance license (we provide training and assistance)

Compensation:
