Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via calls and emails to provide product and service guidance.

- Share insights and feedback with internal teams to optimize service.
Requirements - Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- High school diploma or vocational training completed
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
