Paid Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational experience in digital advertising who wants to grow into a performance-driven marketing professional.

You’ll assist in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns to generate quality leads, conversions, and ROI for clients. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop advanced skills in paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  

• Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.
  

• Monitor campaign performance and ensure proper tracking/reporting.
  

• Perform daily optimizations under the guidance of senior marketers.
  

• Contribute to building reports in GA4, Looker Studio, and Ads Managers.
  

• Stay updated on advertising trends, policies, and new platform features.
  

• Collaborate with the team to align paid campaigns with client goals.
  

Requirements

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience running paid ads (Google or Meta).
  

• Basic understanding of PPC strategies, targeting, and conversion funnels.
  

• Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
  

• Strong interest in data, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification (preferred but not required).
  

• Willingness to learn other platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Snapchat.
