Regional Sales & Partnerships Manager - South Florida is responsible for the growth of the company’s Specialty (Underground Detention, Liners, etc) as well as Maintenance (Stormwater Facility Inspections/Estimating) Division in the South Florida. They have a strong understanding of the sales process from quoting to closing jobs, excelling at both verbal and written communication, building relationships, and what it takes to execute quality work. Regional Sales & Partnerships Manager - South Florida seeks to develop new customers and expand existing client relationships.
Preferred Location: This opportunity is specific to Florida, preferable candidates located in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.
They must have an understanding of stormwater systems, how they function, and how to construct, inspect, and maintain them.
Regional Sales & Partnerships Manager - South Florida will:
- Build deep relationships with existing and prospective clients, using meetings, lunches, calls, trade shows, participation in trade networks, and other methods to increase market share with each customer and expand on the suite of services provided to them
- Seek and follow-up on new opportunities by reviewing internal and external business leads
- Actively listen to clients, identify their problem(s) and present stormwater solution.
- Identify new opportunities within the Southeast territory and establish an appropriate sales pipeline.
- Maintain multi-stage sales process for all opportunities in the Southeast territory.
- Collaborate, train and learn from existing Outside Sales
- Maintain real-time, up-to-date visibility within the territory through the company supported CRM system including date entry, activity and good communication.
- Convert prospects and job leads into new customers and new sales by performing thorough inspections, completing required documentation, and ensuring prospects understand the process
- Understand and improve pricing, maximizing the value of the services provided
- Use our suite of business software / resources to pass on critical information learned during inspection and/or bidding to the Operations team to ensure efficient execution of the work
- Possess organizational skills sufficient to follow projects through the sales cycle
- Use knowledge of market opportunities to help build budgets and set expectations for the business
