This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Remote Bookings Consultant to support our recruitment team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the scheduling of candidate qualification calls by booking them directly into recruitment consultants’ diaries. This is a remote role requiring strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to diary coordination.
Candidate Scheduling: Contact candidates via phone, email, or messaging platforms to arrange qualification calls.
Diary Management: Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure their calendars are efficiently managed, avoiding double bookings or scheduling conflicts.
Confirmation & Follow-up: Send confirmation messages and reminders to candidates to reduce no-shows.
System Updates: Record all booking details accurately in the company’s CRM or applicant tracking system.
Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for candidates regarding booking queries.
Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on booking volumes, attendance rates, and cancellations.
Proven administrative or scheduling experience (recruitment or customer service background desirable).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using online scheduling tools, CRM/ATS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
