- configuration design, development and support of Maximo EAM v7.x implementations
- Troubleshoots process/functionality related issues and resolves escalated tickets related to Maximo application
- Analyse the Maximo application change requests and detail the related business requirement with the requestor
- Assists in solution design for change requirements as a key functional resource
- Proactively brings ideas based on his/her experience and understanding of the business users’ needs for new development and enhancements
- Assists in business process redesign as needed
- Communicates the solution to business directly or through other support personnel
