Kinective is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Strategic Account Executive to help fuel our next stage of growth. This is a true hunter role focused on net-new logo acquisition in the bank and credit union space—where performance is rewarded through an aggressive commission structure.
You’re a seasoned, executive-ready sales professional who can open doors, run disciplined outbound motions, and manage long, complex sales cycles. You build credibility quickly with C-suite stakeholders, stay relentless through setbacks, and execute a repeatable process to create and close pipeline. $100,000 base salary + uncapped commissions & accelerators (Expected OTE: ~$250k - $300k)
The salary range listed reflects the minimum and maximum for this role. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, job-related skills, location, and internal equity, and most offers are not made at the top of the range.
