Job Description
Clinical ink is seeking a Study Support Intern to join our Study Support team based remotely across the United States! The Study Support Intern's responsibilities include:
- Review Study Support cases and assign to studies/coordinator
- Process Master Site and User Lists for simple studies, as assigned
- Review Product Support cases without a response within 2 days and keep customers informed of our continued research status, as appropriate
- Assist with special department projects
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- High school degree or equivalent
- Self-directed and able to work without direct supervision
- Eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
