Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to help generate qualified leads, manage outbound outreach, and set appointments for the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to personalize messaging, and a process-driven approach to maintaining CRM and outreach activity

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify qualified B2B prospects in target industries and locations. Execute personalized email outreach campaigns using pre-approved messaging and tone.

Track email sequences, follow-ups, and lead engagement in spreadsheets or CRM platforms.

Set qualified sales appointments and maintain an organized scheduling system. Keep all prospect and outreach data organized and updated.

Collaborate with leadership to improve outreach strategies and messaging templates. Provide basic weekly reports on lead generation progress and performance. Assist with follow-up communications, proposal preparation, and other sales-related admin tasks

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

Strong written English skills with a knack for professional and personalized communication.

Familiarity with outreach or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or similar).

Excellent organization and time management.

Self-directed, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Familiarity with commercial services, cleaning, or facility-related industries is a plus, but not required
