As a Brand Protection Enforcement Agent, you’ll be on the front lines of protecting brands. You’ll use internal tools and manual research to identify infringers, document evidence, and file enforcement actions across major platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, Alibaba, etc.).
You’ll work closely with our Lead Enforcement and team to ensure every takedown is accurate, fast, and well-documented. This role blends investigation, operations, and process execution — ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and hungry to learn the inner workings of IP enforcement.

Monitor assigned brands for copycats, counterfeiters, and impersonators across e-commerce sites, social media, and web domains.

File DMCA takedowns, trademark/copyright reports, and policy violation submissions across multiple platforms.

Gather and document proof of infringement (screenshots, links, metadata, seller info).

Maintain a high takedown success rate while avoiding false positives.

Update internal trackers and client dashboards with daily results.

Communicate directly with Lead Enforcement and Engineering to flag new scam patterns or automation opportunities.

Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) while improving and suggesting optimizations to increase accuracy and speed.

Occasionally interact with client teams in Slack for clarifications or escalations.
