Full-Time Field Investigator- Houston, TX

Becker & Company is a growing investigative services company specializing in insurance investigations, surveillance, and claims verification. Our team works with insurance carriers, law firms, and corporations to gather factual information and document activity that assists in claims resolution. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Private Investigator Trainees. No prior investigative experience is required — we provide training and mentorship for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong observation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance on assigned subjects in a professional and discreet manner
• Document activities accurately through written reports and video evidence
• Maintain detailed case notes and submit reports in a timely manner
• Operate surveillance equipment and cameras (training provided)
• Follow all legal and ethical investigative guidelines
• Communicate with case managers regarding case updates

Qualifications:

• No prior investigative experience required — training provided
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting surveillance
• Good written communication skills for report writing
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred (Not Required):

• Background in security, military, law enforcement, insurance, journalism, or photography
• Basic computer and video equipment familiarity
