POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst is a Human Resources-based role with a primary focus on workforce data analysis, HR metrics, and strategic reporting. This position serves as a critical link between people data and organizational decision-making, requiring a highly analytical professional who thrives in a metrics-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with enterprise systems, and capable of building robust reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to HR leadership and global stakeholders. In addition to core data responsibilities, this role supports the processing of HR-related invoices in collaboration with the Finance/FI department.
A key responsibility of this role is the preparation and delivery of detailed HR metrics and reporting packages to the company’s headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. This includes both routine reporting on a scheduled basis (weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly) and ad hoc reports requested by HQ leadership. Reports must be precise, professionally formatted, and presented in a manner that meets the expectations of a global corporate audience. The ability to communicate complex data clearly and accurately in a cross-cultural, international business environment is essential.
