At LCBWA, we provide high-quality ABA therapy, mental wellness services, and career readiness programming for individuals with diverse learning needs across school and community settings.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and ensure clinical quality
