We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic ePAC Technical Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs focused on emerging technologies. You will play a vital role in the training and development of our highly skilled workforce.  Working closely with cross-functional teams like robotic deployment, program management, inventory management and human resources to ensure employees and partners are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly advancing industry. 

This role involves local or domestic travel, as our instructor-led training (ILT) will primarily be performed at customer sites across the United States.  Ideal candidates will be autonomous problem solvers, capable of building customer trust and gaining continued support for hosted training. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver new hire training for key functions of the business 
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to all levels of personnel 
  • Develop learning materials including manuals, tutorials, SOPs, playbooks, assessments and interactive e-learning content 
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal teams, clients, or third-party vendors 
  • Tailor training delivery based on audience roles  
  • Assess training needs through job analysis and regular consultation with stakeholders 
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs as needed 
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance training effectiveness 
  • Provide post-training support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical questions 
  • Keep stakeholders and leadership informed about training initiatives and progress 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in robotics, learning, maintenance or training  
  • Experience in creation or delivery of technical training for diverse audiences 
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills 
  • Strong stakeholder management and team development abilities 
  • Proficient with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) 
  • Instructional design certification or relevant training certifications with robotics
  • 2+ years of experience in a large logistics or manufacturing setting 

Working Conditions: 

  • Fully remote  
  • Up to 75% local and domestic travel 
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment 

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $100,000 USD
