Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across technical and tech-adjacent roles, including technical consulting and tech sales. This role will coordinate end-to-end recruitment efforts, bringing in talented employees whose skills and experience support Lunavi’s mission, culture, and business objectives.
In close partnership with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will manage multiple open requisitions while ensuring hiring practices are fair, consistent, and transparent. You will also play a key role in preparing candidates for success by delivering an exceptional experience from sourcing through offer, and by introducing candidates to Lunavi’s values, internal practices, and culture.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions across technical consulting and tech sales roles
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align on recruiting strategy
- Source qualified candidates using various sourcing channels when needed
- Manage recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication with updates and insights
- Ensure a candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage the Paylocity ATS system; keeping it clean/ updated, track recruiting activity, and ensure data integrity
- Input interview feedback into the Paylocity ATS system and mandate hiring managers to do the same for each candidate
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows
- Conduct intakes with hiring managers for new requisitions; ensuring must-have qualifications are clear
- Manage candidate engagement, communications, and their experience throughout the selection process, working closely with the hiring manager.
- Provide guidance to the hiring manager and hiring committee to ensure equity, consistency, and transparency in the candidate selection process and adherence to decision making based on must-have qualifications.
- In collaboration with hiring managers and the Head of People and Culture, finalize offers and manage negotiations.
